Position: - Project Architect
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: Fulltime
Position description
We are interested in those with excellent communication, organization and people skills.
We are looking for a great work ethic and collaborative approach, and those that like to work in a fun and innovative team environment.
We are a growth minded firm and work with our team members to grow into leadership positions in all aspects of design and project delivery.
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in architectural and/or tenant improvement projects
· Preparation and oversight of construction drawings for General contractors and permit agencies
· Experience in managing project teams and or engineering consultants
Software Proficiency:
· Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp and Enscape a plus but not required.
· AutoCAD skills and LEED certification are also a plus
Hiring Manager Notes:
· They need to be a licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
· Knowledge of Revit, project management experience, consultant coordination, are a must.
